3. Qualification Process

All potential clients must undergo a qualification review process. PeakRidgeway reserves the right to accept or decline service applications based on business compatibility, industry alignment, and service capacity.

4. Service Fees and Payment

Service fees range from $40 to $60 per qualified lead, depending on the advertising channel and targeting complexity. Payment terms will be established during the sales consultation process. All fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

5. Lead Quality Standards

PeakRidgeway defines qualified leads as prospects who meet the specified targeting criteria, have demonstrated genuine interest, and have provided verified contact information. Lead quality is determined by our AI scoring system and manual review processes.

6. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all lead data. All information is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate targeting criteria, responding to leads in a timely manner, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their use of our services and the leads provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and methodologies used by PeakRidgeway remain our exclusive intellectual property. Clients may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any aspect of our platform or services.

9. Limitation of Liability

PeakRidgeway's liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the leads provided.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes that may affect their service agreement.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding obligations must be fulfilled, and access to our platform will be discontinued.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Antonio, Texas.
